What data is collected

When you submit the contact form, we process the name, email address, company name (if given) and message you provide.

The hosting server may store technical log data, such as IP address and browser details, to keep the site secure and working.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used only to reply to your enquiry and to manage a potential customer relationship. The legal basis is legitimate interest and, where relevant, preparing a contract.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or marketing cookies. Your chosen theme (dark/light) is stored only in your own browser.

Visitor statistics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and measure how fast pages load. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visitors are not identified or followed across sites, and the data is aggregated and anonymous. It is used only to improve the site.

Disclosure and processors

Data is never sold or shared for marketing. Form messages are delivered through the email service Resend, and the site and its visitor statistics run on Vercel. Both act as data processors.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or customer relationship.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data, and to object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
