How a project runs

   Discussion

   We start with an initial consultation, always free of charge. We go through what your business does, who your customers are and what the service needs to achieve.

   What we do

   • Map the goals and the current situation
   • Propose a solution and the technology that fits it
   • Send a quote with every cost itemised

   What we need from you: Tell us briefly about your business and what you want to achieve, and send over any material you already have. If you don't have any yet, that's no obstacle.

2. 02

   Planning

   Once the direction is clear we build the project's frame. Content, structure and schedule are agreed before a line of code is written.

   What we do

   • Plan the site structure and the order of the content
   • Choose the platform: WordPress, WooCommerce or Next.js
   • Agree the schedule and milestones together

   What we need from you: Comments on the plan, and whatever content you have — text, images, logo. We can help structure it if you don't.

3. 03

   Implementation

   We build the solution to the agreed plan. The work stays visible: you see progress and can comment as it goes.

   What we do

   • Build the site or application and its content management
   • Handle responsiveness, performance and search visibility
   • Keep you up to date with regular communication

   What we need from you: Feedback at review points. The sooner comments arrive, the more comfortably the schedule holds.

4. 04

   Launch and support

   We take the service live and make sure you can run it. Launch is not the end of the project but the point where the service starts doing its job.

   What we do

   • Publish the service and check everything works
   • Walk you through the admin panel
   • Continue with maintenance, updates and further development if you want it

   What we need from you: A decision on whether you handle updates yourself or hand maintenance to us.
