When you use our contact or networking forms, we process the information you submit: name, email address, optional company name or role, and the content of your message.

When you browse the site, our hosting infrastructure may collect limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in standard server logs for security and reliability.

We use form data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote or contract, and manage the customer relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) contract or pre-contract steps, and where applicable (f) legitimate interests in responding to business-related messages).

Technical logs are processed to provide the service, maintain security and prevent abuse (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, maintain the customer relationship, or meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting), after which data are deleted or anonymised.

We share data with our email delivery provider (e.g. Resend), which processes data on our behalf. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical log data as part of operating the service.

If personal data are transferred outside the EU/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or another GDPR-compliant mechanism.

You have the right to access, rectify and, in certain cases, erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and data portability where processing is based on consent or contract and is automated.
